Return Policy

As “REAL. with Daniel Fusco” runs under the non-profit ministry of Daniel Fusco Ministries, the refund policy reflects the understanding that sales done through the TV ministry are not retail transactions.

  • The customers are purchasing materials and product as a “love gift.” The products are not sold as retail items and therefore, the customers are not technically entitled to a refund as they would see in retail transactions.
  • However if customers are completely dissatisfied with the product or the product is defective in some way, then we should provide a method that they can get a refund.
  • If a customer asks for a refund, we should first obtain the reason why the customer wants to have a refund. If the refund is simply because they no longer want or need the product, we should first advise them that the product was obtained for a love gift to the ministry of “Real. With Daniel Fusco”/Daniel Fusco Ministries, and therefore is not eligible for a refund.
  • If the customer insists, we should FIRST ask them to physically return the product. Once the product is returned, they should given a refund for the total purchase price, minus the original shipping amount.

Book returns:

We do not accept returns on all book orders. If the book was included in a package offer, the additional included content will be deducted accordingly to the value of each additional item, minus shipping and handling.

CD/DVD Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any CDs or DVDs, it must be returned within 30 days from the received date of your purchase. If the item is defective, a replacement disc will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Non-Delivery of Product:

If a product is lost in the mail due to a mailing error, please contact our customer service team so we can research your package via your tracking number. A tracker will be put on your order through the United States Postal Service.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department in writing within 7-14 business days from the original purchase date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.

General Return Policy:

All qualified returns must be sent back within 30 days from the received date of your purchase. You will have the option to receive a refund of the purchase price, less shipping.

Refunds will be given based on the original form of payment and only upon receipt of returned item(s).
